Waiver
I have taken the necessary steps to ensure the safety of my clients, staff & myself. I will be following government guidelines with regards to sanitation in order to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Social distancing is unfortunately not possible DURING application of make-up, so, I am implementing additional guidelines & practices compliant with UK Government guidelines.
My new and current practices will provide a safe and sanitary environment for each individual I work with. Below are my Current & Updated Practices in response to COVID-19:
- Face mask & face shield / eye protection (& gloves upon request) will be worn by me while providing service (Gloves are not recommended as it is more sanitary to wash your hands)
- Hand washing / sanitising is mandatory for everyone upon arrival of your appointment, after using the toilet, sneezing, and/or coughing.
- Each client will be serviced with a sanitised & disinfected set of tools & brushes
- All tools and brushes will be sanitised & disinfected before & after each client
- Station & Chair will be sanitised & disinfected before & after each client
- Disposable tools will be used for each individual when necessary
- All surfaces, doorknobs, & handles will be sanitised & disinfected before and after each client
- The use of client / talent’s personal makeup, products, or supplies will be prohibited
- Use of / touching my Professional Kit, products, & tools by client /staff will be prohibited
- No additional persons will be allowed to accompany the client during your appointment
- All disinfectant products and personal PPE will be provided by myself & included in my updated kit fee (i.e. Face Masks, Hand Sanitiser)
- All Bridal Trials and Private appointments will take place at my place of business
If we work together, we can overcome the spread of this virus as well as other infectious diseases.
On confirmation of your booking/appointment you agree to comply with the written instructions above and agree that you are at the appointment at your own risk, releasing Zakiyah Shani from any liability relating to COVID-19. Failure to comply with these written instructions or verbal instructions from myself or any colleague representing my company may result in the cancellation of your appointment without refund.
